Journals with screenshots and previews! Much easier to find if you're watching a lot of deviants. Then you can just share the journal on the social networks.

Submitting screenshots to dA is a great idea to get suggestions of your work, once then you can press the share on twitter or facebook buttons so then it will be shared everywhere

I voted Journals on DeviantArt, but screenshots/finished works would get my second/third vote if it was there. I'm not a user a Facebook/Twitter/Etc., but even if I was I'm not sure how many people would friend a graphic artist they loved. (Just my guess)

If you're uploads are going to DeviantArt I would most likely check there for updates from you. A journal or screenshot would keep me well informed of what you're currently working on and what to expect. A finished work appearing from no where would be a bit surprising, but I would never turn down a finished work from you!
