Somehow, Mac theme on Windows cannot create the experience like on the real Mac(maybe it's involve the workflow of the OS, which is quite different) and most of them isn't really 100% polish due to limitation of editing.

and finally I got tired of it, and just let it be default Aero (even you the aero Basic one) and focus on...well, get real job done. : D

I think this is just gonna be about what OS people prefer.

I like Mac inpsired themes solely because they look nice... But functionality-wise I prefer Aero.

using soft7 with transparency. tried some mac os like themes, but always swithed back to transparency after couple of minutes

I'm over all the MAC style themes, there's only a handful of themes i can actually use without being irritated by an imperfection..

I use transparency sometimes and no transparency sometimes, doesn't really matter as long as the vs I'm using is easy on the eyes and not too distracting with its colors

Doesnt matter I use anything and can work with anything.

I use Shine2 or soft2 depending on how i'm feeling.

Seeing as i was brought up using macs, i find i cannot use any of the mac themes for windows, as they just do no do the GUI Justice

Going for Aqua and Cocoa as a whole. Windows has never had any visual appeal to me.
